Braised Lamb Shanks with Wine & Rosemary Serves 5 - 6 Ingredients: • 4 lamb shanks • Salt and pepper • 2 Tbsp olive oil • 1 onion, chopped • 2 carrots, chopped • 2 celery stalks, chopped • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 2 cups red wine • 3 cups beef or chicken broth • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary • 2 bay leaves Directions: 1.
