Elsia (Elsa) Anderson Elsa Anderson formerly of Anchorage, Alaska went missing sometime between 1986 - 1988 in Seattle, Washington. Her remains were found by a group of loggers near North Bend in 1993. At the time of her disappearance Elsa was engaging in sex work, having been arrested for the activity several times.
