We ran our first MURPH today! 🇺🇸 - 1 mile run - 100 pull-ups (or rows) - 200 push-ups - 300 squats - 1 mile run In honor of Memorial Day, we decided to push ourselves out of our comfort zone and take part in our first Murph Challenge! Although our time wasn't too impressive, we did our best and finished it together! We bickered and laughed, but most importantly, we supported and encouraged each other.
