Breaking news out of Philadelphia. Two men were shot Sunday afternoon in the Germantown section of the city. Police say the shooting happened just after 3 PM on the 5200 block of Germantown Avenue. Both victims were rushed to the hospital, one by police and the other by private vehicle. Their conditions have not been released. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
